Courtney has not only listened to my thoughts and concerns, she has eased my anxiety over my health, which of course contributes to body tension and has a domino effect, she’s boosted my confidence with advocation of my health, she’s helped me strengthen my pelvic floor, core, back and legs and helped educate me on how it all ties together. She is the most supportive health personnel I’ve ever had experience with and she wants to find the answer to your problems.
It took some trial and error since I was an odd scenario but I think we had it figured out within just a few appointments and it’s been such a life changing experience. She’s available for questions and concerns and adjusts the care as needed based on pain and upcoming plans to help you meet personal goals.
I have every intention of working with her leading up to, through, and after my future pregnancies also. Her knowledge about pelvic floor health is vast and I can’t imagine going through something like pregnancy and postpartum without her guidance and expertise. If it’s pelvic floor related, I believe she can figure it out!

Love love love Core Harmony! Courtney helped me feel stronger than I ever have after my VBAC with baby number 2. She’s so supportive and knowledgeable, she helped me set attainable goals, and provided me with the encouragement and resources I needed to be able to exercise as a busy mom of two. Definitely make the investment in yourself! You’re WORTH IT!!
