I reached out to Courtney to seek 1:1 virtual coaching around 6 months postpartum. I was dealing with constant back pain from my c-section which was making it difficult to care for my son. I came to Courtney after baby #5. My pelvic floor was weak, which is something I have struggled with after all my previous pregnancies. She listened to all my concerns and we came up with a plan and got started right away.
