About Core Harmony

Pelvic floor and core support for women who want to feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies again

Core Harmony helps women in their 30s and 40s navigate pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with practical, expert support for leaking, pain, core weakness, pelvic floor symptoms, and safe return to movement.

Meet Courtney Elliott, OTR/L, PCES

Hi, I’m Courtney Elliott, an occupational therapist, PCES, mom of three little girls, football coach’s wife, and founder of Core Harmony. I help women in their 30s and 40s address pelvic floor and core issues during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

After having three babies in three years, I learned firsthand how unsupported women can feel after birth. Too often, women are told to rest for six weeks and then return to life with no real plan, even if they are still leaking, dealing with pain, feeling disconnected from their core, or unsure how to exercise safely.

That’s where Core Harmony comes in.

I combine pelvic floor and core support, functional movement, breathing, nervous system awareness, and real-life strategies to help women work toward less leaking, less pain, more strength, and more confidence in their bodies.

A Clearer Path Forward

Relax

Reduce tension, improve breathing, and calm the nervous system so your body can move out of fight-or-flight and begin working with you

Regain

Rebuild strength, coordination, and true core function so your pelvic floor, core, breath, and movement patterns work together

Return

Safely get back to workouts, sex, and daily life without feeling limited by pain, leaking, weakness, or uncertainty

Every treatment plan at Core Harmony follows the same proven framework. Your body deserves a clear path forward, not a random plan.
Not sure where to start? A free discovery call can help you figure out the best next step.
